President Moderates Forum 400 Panel in Orlando

Matt Hudack recently led a main-stage panel at the Forum 400 Annual Meeting in Orlando, FL, on Best Practices, tasks and procedures that are proven to lead to optimal efficiency and results in financial advisory services. Matt moderated the discussion on topics including The Protégé' Model, which focused on education with the younger producer to teach what you’ve learned while collaborating with them to work on your clients, before developing their own book of business. Also discussed was building a service model to mirror a Family-Office, for those who can’t afford one, along with explaining fees in the world of advice in which the entire family unit should be engaged.
