Karin Egan, ALMI, ACS, is Director of Operations & Corporate Accountability for Financial Synergistics Group, Inc. Her focus is identifying and implementing operational efficiencies, overseeing corporate communications, and monitoring financial plan accountability and client benchmarking.
With more than 30 years in the financial services and insurance industry, Karin brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the firm in the areas of business development, sales leadership, financial performance, talent management and development, and leveraging the best tools in the industry for achieving excellence for clients and the firm.

Karin has specialized expertise in business and financial planning strategies, life insurance, LTC products and practice management. Prior to working with Financial Synergistics, Karin excelled in leadership roles with Mass Mutual and John Hancock, where she was an 11-time recipient of the John Hancock President’s Club Award. In addition, Karin has served as a facilitator for the MLK Scholars Program Leadership Forum and a continuing education instructor on insurance and related topics.
An avid tennis player and golfer, Karin enjoys working part-time at the Camp Creek Tennis Center at the Watersound Club in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. She and her husband, Michael, and their three daughters (all proud University of Georgia BULLDAWGS) make their home complete with two cats, Brady and Sox, and their Golden Retriever, Sully.
